The co-organizers contain International Alliance for Responsible Drinking(IARD), Institute of brewing & distilling(IBD), American Society of Brewing Chemists(ASBC), Scotch Whiskey Research Institute(SWRI), Bureau National Interprofessionnel du Cognac(BNIC), Russian Vodka Research Center(KVA), University of Oxford(OU), University of Cambridge(CU), Imperial College London(ICL), Wageningen University & Research(WUR), Netherlands Organization for Applied Scientific Research(TNO), University of Nottingham(UN), The Ohio State University(OSU), etc. The Forum is held every two years since 2014. Many experts from Britain, the Netherlands, and Japan and the liquor companies, traditional brewing enterprises, universities, research institutes, and equipment suppliers attend this forum. It has become the most influential academic conference in China's brewing industry, and has received extensive attention from international breweries and scientific research institutions.
The 4th International Distilled Spirits Technical Forum 2023 was jointly organized by China Alcoholic Drinks Industry Association, China National Research Institute of Food and Fermentation Industry, International Joint Research Center for Quality and Safety of Alcoholic Beverages, Yibin Wuliangye Co., Ltd., and international distilled spirits industry, university and research institutions. The Forum will be held in Yibin City, Sichuan Province from December 18 to 19, 2023. In order to strengthen the exchange and cooperation of global distilled spirits technology, explore the new trend of distilled spirits development, exchange brewing technology and technological innovation, enhance the international popularity and influence of Chinese liquor, and promote the deep integration of industry, university and research in liquor industry.
