The conference was endorsed by China Alcoholic Drinks Association (CADA), China National Research Institute of Food & Fermentation Industries (CNRIFFI), International Joint Research Center of Quality and Safety of Alcoholic Beverages (ICAB), Germany Berlin brewing College (VLB-Berlin), American Society of Brewing Chemists (ASBC). The Forum is held every two years since 2014. Many experts from Germany, the United States, Britain, France, Belgium, and Holland, and the liquor companies, traditional brewing enterprises, universities, research institutes, and equipment suppliers attend this forum. It has become the most influential academic conference in China's brewing industry, and has received extensive attention from international breweries and scientific research institutions.
The 6th China International Brewing Conference (CIBC) and The First (Qingdao) International Summit on Innovation in Food Biomanufacturing was held on September 12th in Qingdao, Shandong Province.
