Study on food industry standard system during the 12th five-year Plan

Entrusted by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, China National Research Institute of Food & Fermentation industries CO.,LTD sets up a research group and organized experts in the industry to systematically sort out and study the current standardization system of China's food industry through investigation and analysis of domestic and foreign data. This paper,and preliminarily puts forward the construction scheme of food industry standardization system and the development ideas of key development areas and key technical standards, which are suitable for the needs of China's economic development. Special research reports on several key industries and key areas such as "Research report on Standardization system of China's Food Industry" and "Research report on Standard system of China's Liquor-making Industry" have been completed. The research group analyzes the experiences and lessons of the construction of food standardization system at home and abroad, and makes full use of scientific methods such as inductive analysis, decision analysis, SWOT analysis, standardization system engineering theory and so on. The research conclusions include framework suggestions for macro-management and top-level design, as well as in-depth discussions on specific problems. Provide support for leaders' decision-making and provide reference for the development of the industry. This study plays a positive role in giving full play to the guiding and standardizing role of food standards, provides technical support for the sustainable development of China's food industry, and is an important starting point and symbol to promote the great development of food industry standardization in China.
