The project is based on marine fish skin, fish bones and fish meat as raw materials, using biological enzymatic technology, degreasing and deodorization, selective hydrolysis of fish proteins into small molecule peptides, then through traditional centrifugal separation and modern ultrafiltration purification, to produce high quality high purity marine fish collagen oligopeptide products.
