Relying on the National Food fermentation Standardization Center and its seven standardization technical committee secretariats in the food field, it brings together more than 500 technical experts and management personnel in the fields of food safety, wine-making, beverages, special meals, cans, industrial fermentation, food additives, baked food, frozen food, etc., and has established a long-term accumulated basic database of standards and regulations in the field of food industry.

We have a service team of nearly 20 technical experts, which can provide a full range of food standards and regulations technical consultation and publicity training services to industries, enterprises and government agencies. The specific contents include:

1. Database service of relevant standards and regulations at home and abroad.

2. Food quality and safety potential risk early warning service.

3. Construction of enterprise internal control standard system.

4. Training course on the dissemination and implementation of standards for food safety testing methods.

We have completed the Ministry of Agriculture, Guizhou Moutai, Shanxi Fen Liquor, International Foreign Liquor Manufacturers Association, Jilin Yuanfang and other service projects. It involves the tracking of international standards for the processing of agricultural products, the early warning of food safety risk information, the international comparison and analysis of liquor standards, and the development of drinking water enterprise standards.
