The research and Development Department of functional peptide industrialization has established large-scale biological preparation technology based on food-borne peptide biological fermentation promoters, and has researched and established qualitative and quantitative analysis technology of functional fermentation ingredients, metabolic process control method, safety evaluation and functional application research system, and quality standardization technology. It undertook the project of Beijing Municipal Commission of Science and Technology, and was evaluated as the international advanced level by China Light Industry Federation in 2021. Since 2012, it has completed engineering design and implementation in six provinces and cities, including Ningxia, Jilin and Xiamen. According to the customer and the market demand, flexible adjustment of composition and the ratio of raw materials, supplemented by foodborne peptides such as collagen peptide, peptide, wheat, corn peptide for biological fermentation promoter, improved the utilization rate of raw material and shortened the fermentation process, optimization of fermentation conditions, control key points, and can be continuous, large-scale production, make process meet GMP standard. Functional component analysis, safety and functional evaluation, quality standard formulation and other work are carried out according to customer needs.
