International Food Exhibitions - China Exhibitors’ Group of Fermented Food

China National Research Institute of Food and Fermentation Industries established "China Exhibitors’ Group of Fermented Food", to organize fermented food enterprises with Chinese characteristics to participate in international food exhibitions, and carry out visits, technical communications, etc. The purpose of the exhibition group is to enhance the audience's understanding, appreciation, exploration, inheritance and innovation of fermented food and fermentation technology in order to actively promote the popularization, industrial innovation and development and internationalization of Chinese fermented food.

Fermented food accounts for one third of the common people's daily food. China is a country with long history, lots of varieties, distinctive characteristics and mature technology of fermented food in the world. 

Cologne Series Food Exhibitions

China National Research Institute of Food and Fermentation Industries fully co-organized Cologne Series Food Exhibitions, actively promoting the better development of China's fermented food industry.

Cologne International Exhibition Company, as the world’s leading exhibition organizer, holds the leading position in the global food industry exhibition, including the World Food Expo (Anuga), International Confectionery and Leisure Food Expo (ISM), Thailand International Food Expo (THAIFEX), etc. The World Food Expo (Anuga) in Cologne, Germany, is the largest food and beverage trade exhibition in the world, with more than 7,000 exhibitors worldwide, including more than 600 Chinese enterprises, covering 6,200 square meters, 30 provinces, with products exhibited in 9 exhibition halls. The proportion of international exhibitors reached 90%, and the proportion of international visitors was 75%.
