International exchange and cooperation of food standardization technology

In terms of international standardization work,  The National Center for Food Fermentation Standardization has actively played the role of a bridge between international and domestic standardization work and has made a breakthrough. It has organized domestic experts to participate in the plenary sessions and working group meetings of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) several times, and put forward 12 international standard proposals on behalf of China, and so far six standard proposals have been successfully approved and formed a team of more than 50 internationally registered experts, further promoting the international standardization process in China.

Based on the cooperation in the production and revision of standards, we have gradually strengthened the outreach service projects and technical cooperation on standards and regulations and established standardization cooperation mechanisms with international governmental organizations such as the International Association of Foreign Wine Producers, the Mexican Tequila Regulatory Commission (CRT), the European Food and Feedstuffs and Cultivars Association (EFFCA), and world-renowned enterprises such as Kairui, Lesaffre, Novozymes, DuPont, DSM, Tenno, and Puratos.
